Great company. Different than most in that they don't pester you with continuous annoying emails and upselling. Their product speaks for itself. The product has always worked. Communication has been provided if and when Exavault needs to update software (with no additional fees). Customer service has been courteous and quick to address questions. I have worked with hundreds of companies in my 20 years of owning my business and never had a better more seamless experience.

Exavault is the best value we've found in any vendor. We appreciate the easy to use interface, very prompt customer service, and the level of security and customization we're able to offer our clients. The welcome email feature is nice. You can setup your client's account look, permissions, and even the email template for new clients. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We use ExaVault to securely transfer data to our clients. We work in the financial sector and they insist on a good secure and reliable service. The look and feel is great and as an administrator I find it easy to navigate to all the areas I require. Excellent pricing too.

We had a long and detailed review process to find an FTP provider that could provide the service level we required for distributing our product as virtual servers. In that review process we trialed and exercised quite a few service providers by simulating our use in publishing 20GB server files and then downloading them to various points and through a number of different IP providers in the US. The only provider that passed all of our testing was ExaVault. That exhaustive review lead us to sign up for an account and we have been entirely satisfied with that choice. Exavault's reliability has been the cornerstone of allowing our distribution model to succeed. On top of that the great bandwidth to allow customers to take files as fast as 20GB in 10 minutes has made the process satisfying and painless for our customer base. Exavault has been a great service provider that has significantly helped in our distribution success.
