Non repairable trash.
Bought a bike that came with the A5-RE air shock and within 2 weeks the rubber bushing split. I have messaged them multiple times and they just ignore their customers. I have searched for many hours all over the internet. No one sells a replacement. Do NOT buy products from this company as they are throwaway trash with non replaceable parts.
