Hi there, We’re very sorry to hear that you still haven’t received your order, and we truly apologize for the delay with this pre-order. We’ve sent a few email updates regarding delivery status and compensation for affected customers. Due to customs clearance, a small portion of pre-orders experienced delays—sorry if these updates didn’t reach you. We’ve just checked your order, and your tracking information has already been updated. If you’re unable to view it through the tracking link on our website, please try checking directly on the carrier’s official website. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused, and we really appreciate your patience. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] anytime. Warm regards, Team Everblog

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused — we completely understand how concerning it is to see limited movement and unclear updates. While tracking numbers were generated last week, in some cases the packages had not yet been handed over to the carrier at that point, which can make it appear as though the order hasn’t shipped yet. We sincerely apologize for the confusion around this. To provide more transparency, we sent out a FridgeCal order status update via email this past Monday, outlining the different stages of pre-orders and where each batch currently stands. We’re sorry if this didn’t reach you or wasn’t clear enough. The good news is that the first round of pre-orders has been shipped out, and some customers have already started receiving their devices. At the same time, we are working around the clock to get FridgeCal back in stock and are doing our very best to ensure that all pre-orders are fulfilled by the end of this month. For the most accurate, real-time update on your order, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number — our team will personally look into your shipment and assist you right away. We truly appreciate your patience and support, and we’re committed to improving both our fulfillment process and communication moving forward. Warm regards, Team Everblog
