Ok, take a minute…imagine the most amazing school trip that you’ve ever had. Oh, wait…you haven’t had an amazing one before? Use Educational Travel Adventures (ETA) and you will. Last November, I contacted ETA along with three other educational travel companies to assist with planning our school’s annual 8th grade trip to Washington D.C. Of the four travel establishments, ETA is the only one that employs Max, tour coordinator extraordinaire. Max took all of the info: price point, number of travelers, sites that we were interested in visiting, etc., and arranged an itinerary that we as a school felt comfortable with and one that our students were excited about participating in. Parents were supportive of the price point and working with Max was communicative, accommodating, and prompt during each interaction, which put our school at ease. After we returned from our amazing DC trip, our student participants continuously commented on what a great experience they had, largely due to our tour manager Rachel. She shared her knowledge of DC in a way that not only captivated our students, but also resonated with them after our trip. Our 8th grade trip will long be remembered for being both informational and interesting. Working with ETA was incredible because they listened to our needs and were accommodating with our requests, which resulted in an amazing trip for our Crain’s Creek Middle School 8th graders. We highly recommend using ETA for school travel trips - make sure that you ask for Max!

Our school has used ETA for years to plan our class trip to Washington, DC, and we have always been extremely pleased with the experience. Each trip is thoughtfully planned and organized with our students in mind. Every ETA team member is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are always prepared to answer questions, address concerns, and find solutions to any unexpected “blips” that may come up along the way. Michelle, who plans our trip, has become like a true friend over the years. She is always responsive, professional, and willing to help with any questions I have from year to year. I truly appreciate the personal attention and care she puts into making each trip a success. We have complete confidence in ETA and look forward to working with them year after year!

3rd time traveling with ETA and I won't use anyone else. The guides are so amazing that I want to take them with me everywhere I travel. We've learned so much about our great country and its rich history that I know we wouldn't have learned alone. Leading up to the trip there are always questions and concerns but ETA always has the answer; how did I not find them sooner? You won't regret it.

I have used Michelle Gordon with Educational Travel Adventures professionally for the past decade, traveling to Dallas, Florida, and Washington D.C. AS a band director, I appreciate the organized infrastructure that ETA has to offer for families to sign up and pay for trips independently from my own band organization, meaning I'm not handling funds myself. The reps from ETA are always just a call or text away if I have questions or need to make adjustments. Great and safe travel company- I wouldn't travel with anyone else!

We are working on our 2nd trip with ETA. ETA is so organized, accommodating and quick to get back to us when we have questions. Their tour guides are fun and professional and very knowledgeable. Our students had a great and memorable time on our last trip to Chicago. We are so excited to travel with them again to NYC!

Traveling to Italy with my daughter and her high school orchestra class through Educational Travel Adventures was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the culture and the beauty of each destination without any stress. In addition to our planned itinerary, we got a special side trip to a WWII American Cemetery. Our tour guide Sonja was incredible. She was knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely passionate about creating a special experience for everyone involved. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and would highly recommend Educational Travel Adventures to any family considering a group travel experience—it exceeded every expectation.
