Great service !! Awesome company

I was honestly not expecting much. I decided to try the service and see how the it actually works. I was very happy with the service and the great responds to revisions, as insurance companies always want to remove or change line items. They completed the estimate and closed the claim after the adjuster reviewed the estimate. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! Especially if you pay $300 xactimate monthly fee. Well worth it!!!

The experience overall has been great. The staff is responsive and the estimates given to us have looked really good. The turnaround time for estimates has been really quick and in the rare occasion it does take a little longer the staff usually notifies me beforehand. Would definitely recommend

The instructions to submit an estimate request were clear and simple. The estimator quickly responded with question he needed clarification on and I received my estimate very quickly. The estimate was very detailed taking into consideration my requests and photos. The estimate amount is spot on!
