Hace tres meses les escribí porque estaba usando una crema para los ojos de ellos, la Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Gel-Creme Synchronized Multi-Recovery Eye Cream y me produjo una reacción en la piel que se me irrito y es como si me hubiese quemado. Les escribí porque quería informarles de lo que estaba pasando...me abrieron un caso Nº.10296896 en donde conté todo, y envíe fotos. Acto seguido me contestaron diciéndome que debía de rellenar un formulario de su página web, me remitieron el enlace, lo hice puse igualmente fotos de mi cara y el producto y me dijeron que iban a decir algo al respecto. Esto ha sido desde el 5 de Febrero de 2024 y a fecha de hoy no he recibido ni una respuesta, yo primero quería saber claramente que ha pasado y porque si había algo mal en el producto no lo habían retirado. Por otra parte quería saber si necesitaban el producto para hacer pruebas o lo que fuese. Hasta la fecha no he recibido ni una sola respuesta, ni siquiera una disculpa al respecto de lo que ha pasado, ni nada. Pensé que era un laboratorio serio y que como consumidora podría seguir utilizando sus productos con confianza y sintiéndome segura que en caso de que pasará algo iba a tener una asesoría o por lo menos claros lo que ocasionó la reacción en mi piel. Nefastos en la atención al cliente y mucho mas en el soporte una vez compras sus productos. Mi último correo (email) ni siquiera fué respondido........y eso que fué enviado hace dos semanas....pero es que vamos creo que dos meses ya deben ser más que suficientes para decirme algo al respecto no? Pensé que eran persona serias......

I recently purchased Estée Lauder’s sample of night rejuvenating serum for face and the eye cream, also the small concentrate and toner. It came packaged together as a bundle from Christmas. While this wasn’t really what I was looking for at the counter, I took it, as it was recommended to me based on the fact I have sensitive skin and was looking for a good moisturiser and a better skin regime. I started this on the Friday night, it burnt my face. It Isn’t unusual for my skin to react like this first time so I didn’t think much of it but the morning after, my eyes were swollen and my cheeks were puffy with red blotchy patches. Because I had stayed away at a hotel when I bought this product, I wasn’t sure if it was because of hotel sheets etc so I used it a second time. My symptoms got worse. My skin is now so dry and sore from forehead to chin with a red chemical burn that is rough and dry. It itches and it stings and it’s sore like a burn. I stupidly didn’t research this product like I usually do, because I’ve used other products from Estée Lauder and they were fine. This product is absolutely awful and I have read so many reviews reporting the same thing. I am concerned that with so many bad reviews, why is it still available! It clearly doesn’t suit all skin types and isn’t for everyone. My advice is to avoid at all costs as I now need to go to the GP because on day 4 my skin is so sore I can’t moisturise it enough to sooth it. Do not buy it. I miei occhi si sono arrossati dopo solo 2 giorni di trattamento. Io non soffro mai di allergie quindi la cosa è strana. Sulla scatola è scritto in caratteri microscopici grigio su nero di interrompere il trattamento e consultare immediatamente un medico. Prodotto pessimo

shopping online penoso, è imbarazzante che un marchio del genere abbia dei sistemi di gestione così disfunzionali. Servizio clienti pessimo, la chat del sito funziona malissimo e gli operatori che rispondono praticamente MAI riescono a risolvere il problema. Meglio andare dai rivenditori, non acquisterò mai più da loro e anzi sto procedendo con l'inoltro di reclamo formale.

Not good. Cakey, and makes wrinkles more pronounced. Awful awful awful. Gutted I spent money on this. Maybe good for concealing blemishes etc, but for the price, a big fat NOPE.

So, only looked as I wanted to mention my wife’s experience. I have bought numerous Xmas gifts over the years and was emailed about an offer to spend £30 to get a free gift over January. Bought a mascara which my wife’s explains is watery and does not stick. Contacted service, seemed we got through to the US team who were empathetic, apologised and offered to replace. We then realised we were in the wrong place to went to UK and the response was totally different, no empathy and you will need to return it at your own cost. Literally spent hundreds over the years, so now going to re-think as brand loyalty does not seem to count. A 1.7 overall TP score for a luxury brand is a worry - don’t be complacent Estee.
