I have been using Essential Studio Manager for a few years now and it has taken my business to the next level not only in organization but in customer service. Everything is streamlined and easy to use, and when I have questions someone is always quick to respond with help. I recommend the program to all my colleagues.

I have been using ESM from the beginning and it's fantastic and getting better and better. The customer service is the best I have ever seen always answer everything so fast (and I live in New Zealand) I can 100% recommend it to everyone

ESM is a game changer for my business, it's continually developing and gaining new features. My clients absolutely adore the client portal and find it so easy to access everything! Customer service is also fab with any glitches/issues being solved straight away! If you're a photographer needing a CRM this is the one for you! Built especially by photographers for photographers!

I've been there since the beginning of this amazing platform and it has been the biggest game-changer for my business. More importantly, the customer service has been beyond anything I've ever seen. Jonathan is always there to answer any questions or concerns and is continually adding new stuff. I'm a lifer!

I've been using ESM for years now and it's so great having my contact form import directly into the system! My clients are impressed when I can send over the contracts for them to sign immediately and everything is documented so nicely. Not only is the program great, the continuous updates made are awesome and having the Facebook community to be able to speak directly to the owners is priceless!
