My products appeared to be available on their website and it allowed me to place my order. After waiting several weeks with no product, I emailed the company and was told my products were on back order from manufacturer. I asked for at least waiving the shipping charges $12.99 as a customer satisfaction service and was told no, but they would include lots of free samples. Well almost two months later I received my products and guess what…..that’s right…not even one sample. Also one of my products was two years expired! No response from company. I will never shop here again. Terrible company with 0 customer service.

I don't recommend this supplier to anyone. I ordered $1,030 worth of products on June 13/26 and still haven't received anything. I requested a full refund and a refusal, but they still haven't returned the money. I call every day, and they always say something vague. I'll call TD Bank today and open a claim for a refund. Awful, just awful. No communication, very slow response, please do not use this. You will be disappointed at best.

Absolute garbage return customer service...paid postage to return an item that I mistakingly purchased-bodywash instead of bodycream...they charged me for a restocking fee...who does that today! Garbage vendors...never again. Maria in Toronto

Unfortunately, I have not read the reviews before making my order. The experience was awful. I have ordered the product, by the way quite expensive, that to be a present for the birthday of my friend. On the site it was written the delivery within 5-7 days. So I even had some time space (to be on the safe side). BUT it was delivered in the delay of about 1 month!!!!! And that was after the numerous calls and mails. And the xplanation was that the product was not on stock. The question is why that was not mentioned when I was ordering, why I have not got any notification at the moment of the order, etc. That is a awful custome service. Eventually I had to buy one more present as I could not be with "empty hands" on birthday. At the end 0 compensation, even the attempt to make the customer happier. Do NOT reccomend. There are much better and customer oriented providers!

That’s a shame!!!!! It’s been 3 months that I ordered a product to Eskinstore. Still don’t receive it !!! A weeks ago they ask me to pay more taxes !!! And yesterday I received a failed delivery attempt even though I was at home all day. I wish I had read the comments before ordering. Do not order with this company.

I put an order on apr-24, paid for expedite (3-5 days) today is may-6 and they havent sent yet the track #. No response on chat. Dont buy from them

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They promise expedited shipping but did not have the product in stock. I've waited three weeks and will have to cancel the purchase with my credit card company.
