Thank you, Danny, for sharing your experience and update. We're glad our customer service team was able to assist and process your refund back to your bank card. In cases where a refund initially goes to the in-app wallet, it can sometimes take a few extra steps for the balance to return to your card, depending on the payment method and bank processing times. We appreciate your patience and are happy that the issue was resolved successfully. If you ever need further assistance or have similar concerns in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team ; Email: [email protected] — we’re always here to help.
