Slow delivery Over charging and undersized Shake it formula changes causes breakout where the original never did.

It feels like I'm rubbing thick oil on my face. What happened to the previous face wash I had been using? This stuff is pretty awful!!

No one answers the phone or returns calls. I’ve been waiting 2 days for a callback, called again today, and no human talks or calls back. Several months ago, I did speak to a person who told me Erno Laszlo no longer carries phelityl lotion for dry skin which is hard to believe. She did nothing to help me find something for dry skin.

I couldn’t find the cart or bag so I gave up trying to buy my products

I tried to buy products using the code indicated in the email and it didn't work. I had about $900 worth of product in my cart. I did not make the purchase without the 30% discount and was planning to contact customer service about this.

Still haven’t received my order Very disappointed in the delivery of UPS And the lack of interest from Erno Lazlo.
