The branch in Monroe LA is the worst
The branch in Monroe LA is the worst. They lie and bully people to make them pay for things that are not owed. They say one thing and turn around and lie change the story to benefit themselves. They overcharge and break agreements. The service sucks takes them forever to pick up and repair equipment that never gets repaired. They want their money but don't want to send invoices to prove that you have paid them. Rickey the shop manager there is a yes man n tells customers what they wanna hear. This place is a complete rip off n a waist of time. Signed Brady Alsup
