very kind person on the phone and was able to help

Easy Peezy, no troubles, no hassles. What more can a customer ask for. Thanks,

Engine delivered on time with no problems!

Communication was wonderful! I had a minor issue with the order. The staff was quick to respond and offer a more than satisfactory solution. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

I am very pleased with their service. They were helpful in locating what I needed.

Fantastic experience from the phone call until the product arrived ! Prompt shipping and very knowledgeable staff. A+

Jeanette is the real deal! We ordered first time and after her experience and great customer service we had to return more. This is an honest and knowledgeable business.

I contacted the distributor for Honda equipment in NH and was given the model number information on the engine I needed. I then contacted three local dealer repair businesses to inquire about getting this particular engine. One, Grainger, got back to me and told me that they could not get that particular engine. The other two local merchants did not bother to get back to me. I am somewhat reluctant to do business like this online but saw that I may have no choice. I got the engine at a good price and am ready to install it now.
