I deal with a LOT of different tech vendors, and I must say that Epik is predictably fast and efficient. The customer support is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the business, so they answer technical questions quickly and help me avoid having to involve tech support on everything.

Epik is a very reliable registrar with very welcoming, helpful customer service reps. I have always had the best chats which are always answered so quickly and always resolve anything I may need. They are super informative and know their stuff. I like how they speak to you, nothin that slows the convo or stunts the completion process of the chat/call. I appreciate the reassurance and human interaction so much! In today's world, we need more businesses dedicated to not only their job, but putting the patient, necessary vibes out that help business owners thrive and want to continue working with them and trusting in them! Make the switch! Rob the CEO is full of integrity and quantum ideas that I appreciate reading when he sends out personable, intentional emails. This company is awesome, they try to help their customers in any way they can. Besides being an excellent registrar that does everything right, I had an urgent problem with domain forwarding and my web shop was down due to a complicated tech issue. They helped me very quickly with this complicated problem and solved the forwarding issue and got my shop back up within 10 minutes. Great company, great support.
