Just had a question about listing a domain for sale. Started a chat, and Nicole was on with me within seconds. Asked my question, and she told me the answer. I am so used to waiting forever to get answers, so refreshing to get such great service. Nicole, a job well done.

I have had to contact their service department twice and both times the service has been above and beyond my expectations. Good stuff!

Epik is awesome. They got everything in one place: piece-of-art landers, aftermarkets/auctions, transfers (both pushes and pulls) are easy, payments are fast. Statistics of all kinds for your domains is there. Customer service is very cool: always there, always helping, something complicated gets escalated to the tech team, which in turn, solves things fast too. Nelson, Barbara and the whole support - thumbs up!
