Alicia was wonderful and helped ensured I get a reprint in my order even though I messed up. Definitely will recommend and already placed 3 more orders.

I have ordered several times from this company and I am extremely impressed with the service and the product. They are timely and responsive in addition to having a superb quality product. I use my own printer to personalize the envelopes that I order. The paper quality has been great. The final product is in production and will be for many years to come. Thank you.

Envelopes.com provided thorough customer service both per phone and per email. Envelopes.com ROCKS ! Love the shimmery envelopes I ordered in size A4 in pink and also a darker red color to use for postcard sized notecards that I created.

I ordered orange envelopes with the return address printed on the back. I was freaking out because my deadline for them was approaching, and they hadn't shipped yet... due to an AWS outage I think. I bugged customer support daily with my concerns, and ultimately the overnighted my envelopes without charging me extra!!! Holy moly, what a relief!! Next time I'll order earlier than I think I need to... but they saved the day for me!

I am always impressed by the quality of their envelopes and card stock. Their card stock is thick and perfect for card bases. Shipping was quick and the product arrived in perfect shape.

The envelopes I ordered were reasonably priced, arrived quickly and are beautiful visually. The linen feel is nice, as well.
