Worst hotel experience
Before covid we stayed here every time we came to Orlando. Never again, staff are rude and so unhelpful rooms are not the cleanest. Wrong information given by front desk and no apologies when your day is ruined because of this. Food is tasteless and disappointing. Honestly the worst stay in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. Over 10 years we stayed at this hotel, gone down hill is an understatement. The staffs rudeness has to be the worst part of it all
