Seems to me if Emson had faith in their products, they would have a pick-up order service for returns. I was asked to return two faulty Bionic Floodlights at my own expense, and there is no guarantee that the replacements would not be faulty as well. I've decided to trassh them and move on. Thanks, but no thanks!

i bought the Rice Robot on TV and loved it for five months. it conked out. i emailed Emson in NYC. they got back to me immediately. yes, they wanted a short video to prove it was broken. then sent me a new Rice Robot immediately. the rep was very helpful and friendly. i'm glad they back up their products. may 2025

I got the TracVisor and it did not fit my car. I had a difficult time trying to find a phone number or email to find out about returning it. If I wanted to return it I would have to pay shipping but would have cost me more than I paid for the visor. They were not helpful at all!!
