The interview process was well planned. The JD had complete details, and the interview prep guide had information on what was expected during the interview. Kayleigh took the screening round and helped throughout the process. Enpath Lab truly stands for its values of empathy during the interview process.

Kayleigh was fantastic! Our conversation was just that. A great conversation and not an interview. The question she asked were to the point and very professional.

Very engaged during the entire recruitment process. We stayed in touch almost daily and the team was great about providing step by step updates on the hiring and onboarding processes. 30 day check in after hire is a great follow up which is not standard for more recruitment firms
