Customer service is just copy paste so…
Customer service is just copy paste so good luck getting anywhere. I've payed 100s on there free game and couldn't even get a real response from a human being.

Bought Arc Raiders on the Sunday 2nd…
Bought Arc Raiders on the Sunday 2nd November that their servers couldn't cope. I was stuck in a log in queue for over an hour and gave up. They reimbursed everyone that logged in that day except me because I actually didn't log in on the 2nd, because I couldn't because I was stuck in a queue due to their crappy servers.
