Hi, we are unable to verify this review as a genuine customer experience. After checking our recent records, none of our last 50 completed orders had a win rate below 71.4%, and the details provided do not match any identifiable order in our system. Every EloAscend order receives an order ID, which allows us to verify and investigate any customer issue properly. We have contacted you through Trustpilot’s information request process and asked for the order ID or the email used at checkout. If no valid order information is provided by the deadline set by Trustpilot, we will report this review as unverifiable, misleading, and not connected to a genuine customer experience. EloAscend takes real customer feedback seriously, but we also take false or unverified claims seriously when they damage our business without any verifiable order information.
