First time ordering from the company, and i was not pleased at all. Most companies send a return slip, they didn't. There was a mix up with my order and customer service didn't seem like they were concerned. Then when i opened the "bag" my order was shipped in the packaging on one of the items was completely torn! By this company being budget friendly i still think they hv some work to do. The wig unit i purchased is ok but i will never order from them again and im going to spread the word via social media as well.

I have ordered from other sites but this was my first time shopping with Elevate Styles. One of the two wigs I ordered was obviously a reject. The size dimensions of the cap was 1/4 smaller than normal. I repeatedly read all reviews I could get my hands on and that was not the characteristics of this wig. Something similar happened with Hairwig Harlem and I refuse to shop with them again regardless of the best price. Sad to say this may be the same with Elevate Styles.

I ordered 3 units for express shipping that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. I planned it this way because it was my birthday weekend. On the day I was supposed to receive my package I got an email saying one of them is out of stock in the color I wanted (1b/30) and would I like it in the color (F2/30) instead. I check back on the website and they don't have the unit made in that color?? However they do have a f4/30 and I know that's too light for me so I email them back saying could I please have it in 1b instead. They say yes it's been added to my order. At this point i know that i wont have my units in time for my birthday weekend so i plan on emailing them to refund me for shipping. I see an email from them saying "refunded" in the title so I dont even open it and assume it was for the shipping. SO 4 days later after I was supposed to have already received my package it only now comes in the mail. The wig that they emailed me about is missing and there is a long twisted unit in here and I ordered a bob!! What!?? I look back at their email and apparently I was refunded for that wig after we just discussed just sending me a different color! They didnt even ask me about it! So I ordered 3 units and I only have 1 after 9 days paying for express shipping!

I will not purchase another wig from elevated styles after trading the return policy the customer is charged a 20% restocking fee which I think is ridiculous. I had recommend this site to my friend but after advising her of this she choose not to buy from them.

I don't know how my order got mixed up but I am not satisfied with the product. I wanted the wig before my birthday which I was satisfied in the time that it showed up I was just not satisfied with the product itself. It was the wrong color and the wig was not the same style as the girl on the picture. Needless to say, I had to scramble to find something else for my hair for my birthday. I am very unhappy.

Well I placed a order on Oct 22 2015. My order arrived quickly BUT it was the wrong order. So I had to go through a whole process just to get a return label. I ended up returning the wrong order that was sent to me. Now I'm patiently awaiting the arrival of the Right order.

I have logged on this website using my Facebook password and then it does not work when I try and purchase the item it just goes to this page for everything is pixelated and it doesn't work and I tried it on different search engines like Google and other ones that still doesn't work at a sister is an error and it is irritating me because I want to buy
