We successfully, accurately, and rapidly shipped the exact gray wig that you added to your cart and paid for. Because we fulfilled your order perfectly, this 1-star review is incredibly unfair to our hard-working shipping team. Because it was dispatched immediately, it was successfully delivered to the UK on June 6 (an 8-day international delivery). We checked our inbox and could only locate a single email inquiry from you, which was sent after the package was already in transit. We responded to that email with your tracking information.
