Thank you for replying to my email request. I was hoping that my order would have shipped out the next day after my order but I'm grateful for your prompt response and customer service.

The shipping and delivery were exceptionally fast. The hair is gorgeous. My only disappointment is that the 'unit' does not look like the online image. Although it is synthetic, the 613 color is 'golden' as a human hair wig rather than more of a "platinum" color which is usually the synthetic tone. AND most importantly, the darker color from scalp to near mid crown shown in the online image does not exist. Bummer! I'll keep it because it was priced right. I adore wearing different wigs. Perhaps one day I'll wear it to a concert or theatrical production since the hair lies 'flat'. I might purchase other items from ELEVATE because of the price and delivery.

I return the two wigs on 4/20/21 for a refund. $76.98 .thank you. I love your service and company. will continue to buy from Elevate very soon . Shirley SIMMONS TY

I always make purchases from this store and have never received a bad unit. I think it would be helpful if the company offered coupons or percentages off orders for frequent customers to show their appreciation.
