Caution with Deposit Process
"I had a challenging experience with E.L.C. Construction Ltd in Larnaca, Cyprus, regarding a property reservation deposit, and as of now, I have not received it back due to unresolved issues. I strongly recommend that future buyers carefully review all contract details and consult legal advice before committing to this developer to avoid similar difficulties."
