I had e trouble getting to talk to somebody about cancelling part of my contract The phone to fax voicemail was discontinued ages ago and I wanted it stopped but the company continued to charge me for that function They charged me for a product the did not do They made it very difficult to cancel the product by email and phone

I can't comment on the actual functionality of the company since it was an accidental sign up but customer support were great despite my rude attitude. Sorry for that guys but thanks for your help in getting my account cancelled.

I've had an eFax account for over 20 years. It was one of the original "free" accounts for occasional use. At some point, I was moved to one of the pay accounts. Over the years, as technology changed, I found I didn't use eFax to receive as many faxes and yet, the prices kept going up. When it hit $17/month, I objected and they offered to drop the price. However, without my notice, this price went back up. I reached out to eFax again and had the price dropped - again. Recently, the price went back up and FINALLY, I was able to convince Joke that since I only received one page in the past billing cycle, I could not justify spending $13 - $17 a month. Joke informed me that there was a $5/month 30-page receipt limit plan and I accepted that. Of course, my question now is, "Why the hell did no one at eFax offer me that before?"

Hello GFS. WE understand your frustration. You have to realize the cost of operating a large network is increasing. The $5.00 plan offered to retain your business, is just that, a retention plan. To be honest, I thought my subscription to Myfaxes was cancelled over a year ago. Behold i see a charge on my Bank statement that made me look further into them and discovered i been charged for about 1 year. They said they will refund me for1 month. In 3 to 10 weeks. They didn't take that long to charge my account for over a year. Pauline was helpful, thank you. My lesson learned automatic withdrawels are Evil. read your bank statments folks. I lost over $180. Their services were great when i was using it.

I wanted to cancel my subscription and was having difficulties. Moe(customer service) was most helpful in telling me what the problem was and how we were going to solve it. I appreciate the depths that he went through to make sure I was satisfied.
