Disgrace
Signed up in an emergency, as our fax copier was down, and we needed somewhere to receive urgent faxes some of our clients send us. Service was useless - still not working hours after receiving welcome emails saying operational. All tests sent to number failed. I found an alternative provider, and this worked a charm. I tried to cancel my service with eFax; no means to do so on their online system. I sent them an email, to which they stated I must call an 0870 number to get their customer service centre to close the account. This in itself is completely unacceptable. From reading other reviews, it is clear that if I call this number, I will never get through to anyone. They have already charged me £9 for another month of use. I am sending them an email now to state they must close the account as per my request, and I will be putting a block on payments with my credit card firm (and insisting on refund). Avoid this company at all costs - their prices aren't even competitive :-(
