FAKE DOCUMENTS = FAKE COMPANY + FAKE REVIEWS!
Not my first encounter with ecom DFY scammers but the first to swindle my funds. Reference my reviews on Amz Innovators and AMZWIDE - all part of a foreign based ecom network! I deposited funds with Jason Farrell, if that is his real name, who claimed to head EcomDFY on behalf of owner/investor Daniel Torres. Farrell claimed to be from Goa, India currently residing in New York. However, rep Frank Oliver, again if that is his real name, revealed that operations were based in Pakistan. This would explain why ALL of our phone calls were dropped or broken often for extended periods. Farrell blamed poor reception at his NYC headquarters on their cell carrier that he was continually in the process of changing. But the only continual change was the phone numbers - a known work around for scammers particularly those operating from foreign countries seeking to appear in the US. Immediately post payment Farrell referred me to his legal department to assist in setting up LLCs for me and my daughter. She too witnessed the fraud. That legal department turned out to be Frank Oliver who was neither a legal expert nor knew much about setting up LLCs outside of referring us to Bizee. However, Oliver did appear experienced at identity theft when he casually requested my social and a copy of my driver's license! Upon my stern refusal, Oliver excused his LLC ignorance owing to the fact that most clients already had them. I was left to my own devices to acquire our LLCs and was NEVER once asked to provide my ID in the process. I then noticed that EHI Services LLC, not EcomDFY, was the paid entity on my receipt. When I questioned Farrell about it, he asserted that EHI was their process servicer. Suspicious, I requested official business docs from Farrell. It turned out that EHI Services LLC is actually the supposed parent company of EcomDFY. Farrell's lie prompted me to authenticate his docs to learn via research that the EIN and DBA Farrell provided were FAKE with NO verifiable evidence linking EHI Services LLC to EcomDFY or to Torres. Further, the DBA is not registered with the Secretary of State in New York where it was allegedly filed! This means that either EHI Services LLC is corrupt doing business under the FAKE DBA EcomDFY - OR - both Farrell and Oliver have hijacked EHI Services LLC. Either way it is FRAUD! When I early on shared with Farrell that I had nearly been scammed by previous foreign ecom agents, Farrell protested that he was the real deal and that his operations were strictly in the US. Farrell sought to separate himself from what he referred to as an Amz/AMZ ecom cartel, as well as from Walstreamz, an ecom entity with which Farrell shared he was formerly associated. Farrell indicated that he and Torres had split from Walstreeamz in 2023 to form EcomDFY where he was pursuing an ascent to "fame" over fortune in the ecom DFY world. Perhaps "infamy" is a better suited ambition for Farrell as EcomDFY appears to be the next corrupt iteration of Walstreamz. Walstreamz has a 2.9 TrustPilot rating inclusive of a review with Farrell's prints all over it with respect to auto parts - Farrell's most favored product category! TrustPilot has its own warning posted on Walstreamz. Further, WalStreamz remains a party to EcomDFY's service contract nearly three years post the supposed 2023 split. When confronted with evidence of the FAKE DBA, Farrell revealed that recent reviews were also FAKE inclusive of phantom agent names, assured me a refund via his finance department and ghosted me! Suspecting his finance department was as FAKE as his legal department, I filed a FRAUD dispute with my bank UPHELD in my FAVOR. From my research and experiences, Farrell and Oliver are criminal pretenders using EcomDFY as a front for asset, finance and identity theft under a FAKE DBA using FAKE Anglo names operating out of Pakistan. EcomDFY appears to be one in a wide network of Pakistan based criminal enterprises with criminal accomplices who remain in perpetual motion, continually morphing into newer FAKE entities and adopting newer FAKE Anglo names to sustain the scam. These FAKE companies and their CORRUPT agents render the initial impression of legitimacy by posting a cluster of FAKE recent favorable reviews on TrustPilot. They do so over days, weeks, months until sufficient time passes for REAL victims to realize harm and begin to post one star reviews. This is why most FAKE ecom companies lack a rich review history. The perps then rinse and repeat! FOREWARNING: Proceed at great risk with Farrell and his ilk of foreign actors who trade in deception and lies, whose idea of transparency is a charade of FAKE documents, FAKE names and FAKE reviews to garner your trust and confidence to ultimately steal, destroy, and disappear - then shape shift to do it all over again!
