Average experience with some not so pleasant interactions

Customer service was exceptional during purchase process. EchoPark needs to do a better vehicle inspection prior to putting on lot for sale. My Dodge Ram 1500 immediately had brake issues within days of purchase and forced me to incur the expense due to me traveling out of state. I was disappointed the oil had not been changed as well.

I was general happy with what happened. However, I did not get a full review of what needed to be done in the near future. A mechanic for Lyft looked at my brakes and said they were at 20% in the rear. I would have loved to have known that so I could get them fixed earlier.

Car has recall from ford for bad transmission was not disclosed. Still dealing with it.

Good experience when we had the first service appointment. I later asked for an estimate to replace a master cylinder on another vehicle and was told I would receive a call when the parts were priced out. I never received a call back, even after calling the next day to check. I would think a customer would at least receive a call indicating whether or not you can or want to do the job rather than never responding and leaving me hanging for a week until I had the job done elsewhere.

Nice sales staff - helpful to me during purchase. Service department quoted me ridiculous rate to fix something trivial on my wife's car (not EchoPark purchase). Did not perform 30K mile service prior to sale at ~28K. I get economic motive but believe this is where they are squeezing margins out of customer.
