This reviewer was not a customer of our company or a user of our services. They were a customer of an independent merchant that utilized our payment processing platform. We take security and compliance matters seriously; however, we have no record of any data breach or compromise involving our systems. Based on the information provided, the reviewer’s concerns appear to relate to their interaction with a separate merchant and not to our company directly. Because of privacy and security obligations, we cannot discuss merchant account details publicly.
