Fundamentally it doesn't give you what you pay for and the customer support is slow to non-existent.
Worked OK to start with. Then I noticed that I cannot send text messages from the number on the dashboard and family friends and work text messages are not forwarded to me. I've also just noticed calls are not being forwarded. Customer service was not good, lots of days between replies and fundamentally didn't sort the problem. I have cancelled the subscription, it will run until Feb but isn't much use as calls and texts are not forwarded. Fundamentally it doesn't give you what you pay for and the back end support is slow and not helpful. As an update I have been asking to Port the number to another provider - Easyringer have ignored all requests over several weeks. If you think you will need to take a number with you that you have invested, Easyringer is unlikely to be a service that will suit you and your needs.

Hello, yes, this is a limitation of the US telecom industry for messaging within the USA. It's called A2P and it's an effort to curtail spam. In order to send messages to US numbers, you do need to have special approvals. It's not convenient for everyone (including us), but it helps a lot in curtailing fraud. You are entitled a 7-day full refund if you're not able to use the number the way you need.
