I used Easy Buy Transfer for a transfer from Ankara Airport to Çankaya, and overall, I was very satisfied with the service. One thing I particularly appreciated was their communication. They informed me that my flight had been delayed and also kept the driver updated. Throughout the transfer process, they kept me informed by email at every step, which gave me peace of mind. The vehicle was comfortable, and the driver seemed like a nice person. I didn’t get to interact with him very much because I was seated in the VIP section at the back of the car, but he was waiting for me at the airport as arranged. When we arrived, he thanked me for choosing their service, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a positive experience and would be happy to use their service again. My only suggestion would be to develop a mobile app. Tracking the driver’s location through the browser by logging into the website is somewhat inconvenient, and an app would make this much easier and more user-friendly.
