They charge extra, and don’t pick up till it is over due, there are alot of less expensive options. Local companies have much better rates.

been in construction business for 35 years and have never had more issue with a dumpster company than with this company. pound limit is pitiful for a contractor. charged me for weight and for additional products that i have always placed in dumpsters. they have your credit card and continue to place charges on it before contacting you. never use this company. use a local company!!!!

This third party company cost me valuable time and money. I was hoping to get the superior service I was promised, instead I received the complete opposite. I will NEVER use them again.

Worst experience ever ordering a dumpster in my life... started off well , was told that the dumpster would be delivered on the 12th , they messed up the address and my phone number and didn’t get a hold of me to tell me. Second attempt they try to send the dumpster out after I call to fix the address and mistakes on their end. I get charged a second trip fee for their mistake.. it is now the 25th and the dumpster was never delivered and even after having this whole issue I was willing to let them have my business if they delivered the dumpster out today. But earliest they could do was the 1st of May.... so your telling me after having unnecessary issues happen they couldn’t make an exception ? Worst experience, I normally don’t write reviews but this was the worst.

Not reliable not good service would give no stars if possible don't deliver and pickup when said can't fill all the way up and they'll make you unload I think it's one way for them to make you buy another one and trip charge you they told me total is 400 but end up being 950

Dumpster was delivered on wrong date. I called Wednesday may 9 and was told they would pick up on Thursday may 10th as of today may 12 dumpster was still not picked up I called several times

Scheduled a 10 yard dumpster on Friday for delivery on Monday.. Was given a specific price and told it would be delivered on Monday. Called Monday evening and was told it could be delivered up to 8pm. Never came. Called on Tues. and was told they didn't have a 10 yard dumpster they could get me a 20 yard dumpster for $100 more. After speaking with a supervisor they agreed to give me the 20 yard dumpster for the original price and it would be deliver on Tues. Never came. Eventually it was delivered late Wednesday afternoon. Called on Following Tues for pickup and was told it would be picked up on Wed. Not! Called Wed. and they weren't sure why it wasn't picked up but they would call the dispatcher. It is now late Thursday and it still hasn't been picked up. Find another dumpster company to work with if time is important to you!
