Hy Duke & Son Fine Art Auctioneers, Dorchester, Dorset,Reviews of dukes-auctions.com

Their own (white label) live bidding platform had technical issues with my account (I was approved to bid and logged in but their live bidding did not work) so I had to pay another platform £3 to bid online. Would Dukes apologize and reimburse me the £3? No! Despite the fact I bought severl lots and alerted them to their technical issue. Bah Humbug

Excellent Goods & Customer Service. I highly recommend Dukes becasue of the quality of their auction lots and, more importantly, the customer service provided by the back office colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble in catering for my requirements. Top class.

Do not offer any in house post but want to sell online

I purchased a signed Walt Disney picture in their Stephen Gately auction which was instigated by Stephen's widower Andrew Cowles. Unfortunately the signature has been authenticated by a Disney expert as fake. Unfortunately I went off the provenance from Mr Cowles and never received a COA. I contacted them advising what had happened, only to be made out to be a liar by their representative Michael Roberts! His advice is to take it up with Disney, great, thanks for you help Michael
