Good Experience, just with a wait time
The company did its best to keep a line of communication when asked. Some stock concerns came up, and the company being international meant that the shipping occurred about two months after the original purchase. While the wait was longer than expected, and there were some waiting times in between staff being available to discuss concerns, the fact that I got the doll torso as a giveaway prize alleviated a lot of those concerns. Should this have been me buying a full price doll torso, I like this would be 4/5 stars, but I can't be too upset about waiting for such a luxury product.
