Tried to get a repair on a machine to be told I needed to upgrade and buy a new machine. That there was no option to repair. And that they remotely would turn off my machine. As if by magic my machine now doesn’t turn on, next person I speak with now says they can’t turn off remotely, I have forwarded the emails to prove that they said this to me. After speaking to someone else I was told it could be sent back and a new one sent out for the cost of the original machine. No need to upgrade to a machine double the cost. Lying and conning people out of more money when it simply could have been a quick easy repair. Don’t trust this company , spent nearly £1000 on a machine for it to break after only a few years. Awful quality and worse customer service. No effort to resolve anything apart from giving false and misleading info to make another sale. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hi Vittoria, thank you for sharing this feedback! We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have felt. The older Ripple Maker model you’re referring to is no longer sold or supported for repair, which is why our team offered a trade-in toward our current, improved model. The newer Ripple Maker includes updated technology and features, which is reflected in the price difference. We’re also sorry about some confusion around the trade-in process, and we want to clarify that Ripples does not remotely disable or close a customer’s existing machine when offering a trade-in. Our Customer Success team has reached out to you and would still very much like the opportunity to discuss the situation and find the best possible resolution :) Best, The Ripples Team
