I’m not sure what’s going on Covid posed all kinds of problems with orders cabinets etc We are first time buyers also my DRHorton experience was great 😊 I never got my white cabinets but neither did anyone else We are happy with our Home when we call it’s picked up immediately problems solved I reported my three issues I got appointments immediately Actually the office kept calling me left several messages go schedule final touch ups Walk through was great second walk through great Heather is a star period thanks Heather I paid down they built We can change cupboards white later on All issues are home warranty Thankyou fir our new home

This is the first D.R. Home, that I have lived in & the second new home in my lifetime purchased, the other two were resales of exiting homes. I have found my experience with D.R. Horton, in the Indianapolis, Indiana, Market to be "Extremely Positive", all things considered with the disruption of the supply chains, and employee issues, due to Covid, which have Not been D.R. Horton's fault. All issues in my townhome have been corrected or are in the process of being completed in a "timely" & "professional manner". Scott Rice, from D.R. Horton's Warranty Division, under the direction of Pete Hils, Vice President of Construction have been "Professional", "Courteous", "Enlightening" as to what they can provide to address any and all of my concerns. As a former Customer Service Professional for over 40 years, I believe I know Excellent Customer Service when I experience it first hand. And that is Exactly the experience that I have had with D.R. Horton Homes in Indiana, Indiana. D.R. Horton Homes, are track homes, "not" custom homes & are built to the highest industry standards according to the local community ordinance's. Unlike most homeowners who only write "negative reviews", I take the opportunity to tell the other side of the story. If you are "reasonable" in your requests & expectations D.R. Horton Homes will deliver as promised. A 5 Star Builder? Absolutely!

Dr Horton is the largest builder for a reason. As a plumber I was impressed with their quality of work, and their customer service was incredible! They aren’t a custom home builder, so if you’re going to build with them, don’t have unrealistic expectation and you’ll be impressed!

Ive been in the electrical and HVAC business for over 25yrs. Ive built houses in 14 states with DR Horton and they are very knowledgeable and build great houses! The wife and I recently purchased a brand new house from DR Horton and used their Mortgage and title services also. This honestly was the easiest loan from start to finish working with these people and they went above and beyond to answer every question we had. I showed up unannounced sometimes 3 times a week throughout the process and didn't have to asked the construction superintendent once to change anything on my house because it was done correctly from the get go. I recommend buying a DR Horton home!

I had an issue with my plumbing and didn't know what to do so I had a plumber come fix it. When I called DR. Horton to see if I could get reimbursed I spoke with Eddie Esparza. He was on top of every detail and him as well as the person who came out to redo the section of drywall were nothing more than amazing. The level of customer service and care was truly appreciated. Thank you Eddie!!
