Hired his company to repair a gas log fireplace
Hired his company to replace a thermocouple in a gas log fireplace. Not only was it not replaced, the unit completely stopped working after a while. Repeated calls gained repeated promises to schedule a fix (their website says they offer a free 6 month warranty). Unit is still unusable, after just over a month and $300 and repeated (and ignored) promises.
