This company will not refund me for product that was never delivered to me…. They feel like they can just keep my money and I never got anything I paid for!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 beautiful French carved chairs. They both arrived with BROKEN legs. FedEx had an opportunity to leave them under a covered porch. They chose to leave them uncovered and in the rain. I am disabled. The shipping boxes were ruined. I was told to purchase new boxes, print the return labels and send back. What? You locked me out of my account and then expect me to print return labels. You are fraudulent and thieves. Customer Service is VERY unprofessional and insulting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered this chair with picture and description along side the picture. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and they sent me the wrong chair and won't pay for the return shipping. I brought the chair to UPS and it cost $195.00 to be shipped from Florida to California. I brought the chair back to my house and will try to sell on Marketplace/Facebook. I will never order from this company again.

This company is sending me tons of email even if I never subscribed to their newsletter. This is absolutely unacceptable. It is impossibile to unsubscribe.

I ordered a trunk from them which I planned using has a coffee table at a beach condo. After waiting for about 2 months for the item to arrive, it arrived broken with the box destroyed. Material that the trunk was made of was extremely thin also wood. The latches were broken and the stain was incredibly uneven. They offered to ship me another one but the quality was so terrible that I did not want another one. I paid $290 with the shipping. I was then sent a return label but was told that I would have to pay the shipping both ways. I am disabled, live alone and this item is quite large. I contacted the credit card company and said I would return it if they would provide a UPS pickup and packaging. The credit card company did nothing but contact them without my feedback. They said they provided me a return label and I hadn't returned the item. Basically I've lost all my money.

Absolutely horrific. After 2+ weeks it says my order is still processing. I’ve tried canceling my order to no avail. I’ve emailed customer support several times with zero response. I’ll be fighting the charge with my credit card company. Don’t waste your money, you will absolutely regret doing business with this company.

I placed an order on 8/5 and they created a shipping label that day. Here it is 8/13 and they have not sent the order to Fed Ex. I called Fed Ex and said they are just waiting on the company to send it to them. I have sent Dot & Bo an unanswered email and left a voice mail and no one has called me back. They will not pick up their phone, I have called for days on end at different times. They of course have taken my money out of my account, they did that asap. I want to cancel my order so I can purchase from a company that will provide the product I paid for but no one will communicate with me. By the way this is the second time I ordered from this company. My first order has some issues but I thought I would give them another try because things happen but this is too much! Update: So last night they finally contact me at 8:08 pm via email shortly after this review was posted; they said phone support is unavailable at this time. They say my order has a delayed departure of 1-2 weeks. 8:13 pm I respond back and request a cancellation. 8:26 pm They respond with unfortunately the order has already shipped. They will reach out to the warehouse to see if shipment can be stopped. 8:26 I respond That is not true and you know it. I checked with FedEx and it has not been sent to them. Furthermore, your previous email said there will be a 1-2 week shipping delay. 8:42 pm They respond that they apologize for the inconvenience and they reached out to warehouse requesting cancellation. Said they will get back to me in 2 days. -----This is bunch of unprofessional mess, I will update review again in 2 days to let you know what is going on with this order.

I placed an order on July 19...on July 30 a shipping label was created and package was never shipped! They were happy to Bill my credit card though so I guess I will have to fight that. They don’t answer the phone and have had no communication except a useless tracking number. Do NOT waste your money here.
