The most gorgeous thing in my bedroom
I’ve got the Ruched duvet cover set for my queen bed and it fits perfectly! For the first time the fitted sheet actually fits the height of my mattress and it feels amazing! The quality is so good that it’s adapting to the temperature in the room and you’re not too hot in summer nor too cold in autumn/winter. The duvet cover itself looks fantastic and beyond cute!

Absolutely gorgeous bedding
Absolutely gorgeous bedding! The colour is beautiful and looks even better in person. The material feels incredibly soft, luxurious and high quality, and it’s stayed just as lovely after washing. It feels like such a treat to get into bed, I’m really impressed with the quality and would definitely recommend Dorme Studio.

I absolutely love my DORME Marshmallow…
I absolutely love my DORME Marshmallow Blanket! It’s incredibly soft, plush, and cozy—exactly what I was hoping for. It’s perfect for curling up with during the colder fall and winter months, while also adding a beautiful, subtle touch to my home decor. I also had a wonderful experience collaborating with DORME and would happily work with them again!

This is a SCAMER Dorme Studio…
This is a SCAMER Dorme Studio advertises 100% cotton bedding and it's NOT it's cheap synthetic fabric they probably buy in Temu for $10 and sell them for $180 They approve the refund by email and give customers an overseas PO Box address so we are unable to return it. RETURN TRAP it's too expensive to return the item and we are expected to pay export fees and duties and there is NO TRACKING to a PO Box so they can say they never received it. NO ADDRESS NO NAMES its a GHOST company designed to scam people.

Hi Lara, We’re sorry this experience caused frustration and would like to clarify a few points. The bedding you purchased is 100% cotton, as stated on our product page. Your return was approved on August 13, and we confirmed in writing that your refund would still be honoured even if shipping transit caused the package to arrive outside the original return window. We also provided our return address along with return and customs instructions. The address provided is valid for approved returns, and we did not refuse your return or refund. At the time of this order, international return shipping costs were the customer’s responsibility under our published return policy. We understand that international return shipping can be costly, which is why we have since updated our policy. For current orders shipped within the United States and Canada, returns are now subject to a flat $14.95 return shipping fee, which is waived when store credit is selected. When concerns were raised about the return address, we asked for the information provided by the carrier so we could investigate further. We hope this clarifies the circumstances surrounding this order. DORMÉ Studio Customer Support

Absolutely no where does it say that…
Absolutely no where does it say that this company is based in Canada. They need much better transparency overall. Don't be taken in by the flashy instagram posts. The quality of the material was like something out of a bad army dorm. The colour didn't match up either - what should have been Burgundy, was actually brown. I was quoted £63.00 by online couriers to send it back to Canada which was outrageous but not surprising at the moment. If I had known they were in Canada, I wouldn't have ordered this item. I did receive an email detailing how to send the item back but no response to my reply email - 9 days ago. All in all, consider very carefully before ordering from this company!

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. At the time of your order, international return shipping costs were the customer’s responsibility under our published return policy. We understand that international return shipping can be costly and frustrating, and we have since updated our return policy to make the process clearer and more straightforward for customers. We would also like to clarify that our customer support team responds to all emails and follow-up enquiries. Occasionally, replies may be filtered or missed by email providers, so we always recommend checking spam or junk folders if a response is not visible. We appreciate your feedback.
