Top notch customer service and results
We recently hired Donald Flooring to install new carpeting throughout our office space, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The consultation process was smooth and informative. John was extremely professional, he helped us select the perfect carpet that balanced durability, style, and budget. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived exactly when they said they would and even completed the project 1.5 days earlier. The installation itself was flawless. The crew worked quickly but carefully, ensuring every detail was perfect. They were respectful of the workspace, minimizing disruption during office hours and leaving the area clean and tidy afterward. They helped us move everything out of the way without hesitation. The finished result has completely transformed our office. It looks modern and more spacious. We highly recommend Donald Flooring for any commercial carpeting needs and will hire them again to replace the tile. Their workmanship and customer service were truly top-notch and I highly recommend them.
