Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We apologize for the late reply. DoggieLawn recently launched our official profile here, which is why we are catching up on feedback from earlier this year now. We completely understand how disappointing it is to deal with unexpected bugs or feel like your support emails weren’t going through. Since we don't have order details attached to this profile, we aren't able to pull up your account just yet. We’d love to help get this sorted, so please try emailing us at [email protected] with "Trustpilot" in the subject line. If an email ever bounces, you can also reach us instantly via Live Chat at doggielawn.com or give us a quick call so we can assist you on the spot! For a little context for pet parents reading along: DoggieLawn is 100% real, hydroponic grass for dogs. Because pups step on and sniff this grass every day, we strictly avoid chemical pesticides to keep your furry family members completely safe. While living grass can occasionally attract minor bugs in warm transit weather, our team is always happy to make sure your lawn arrives fresh. We also want to ensure technical glitches or email filters never stand in the way of great service, which is why our live chat and phone lines are great instant options. Additionally, pet parents can easily pause, skip, or adjust schedules right inside their online portal anytime before an order enters fulfillment. Please reach out through whichever channel is easiest for you so our team can look up your file and take wonderful care of you! Best regards, DoggieLawn Team

Hi Angela, Thank you for reaching out! We apologize for the late reply as we recently set up our official profile here. We noticed your review mentions DoggieLounge. Since we are DoggieLawn and haven't located an account under your name, we'd love to verify if your order was placed with a different company. If your purchase was indeed with us, please reach out to [email protected] with "Trustpilot" in the subject line or connect via Live Chat on doggielawn.com so we can pull up your exact details. Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM PST, and any messages received over the weekend are answered first thing Monday morning. Additionally, because our potty grass is a living plant harvested fresh for each pup, orders enter fulfillment quickly to ensure freshness and aren't eligible for physical returns once delivered, though we always do everything we can to assist before a package ships. If your order was placed through DoggieLawn, please connect with us using your order details so we can review your timeline and take great care of you! Warmly, DoggieLawn Team
