Hi, I was so excited to give the personalized dog Jammie pants to my dad as a gift. Super disappointed! I ordered on 11/2/24 and am still waiting (12/8/24)! My credit card has been charged $57. I have contacted the company several times and have heard nothing! I ordered a different but similar product from Petsies and am thrilled with how great it looks and by how quickly it arrived.

Not sure how this company received so many good reviews. When I open my package I laughed because I thought I was getting pranked. The image was so terrible and looked nothing like my dog. I reached back out to the company. They responding apologizing and stated they would send me new ones. I gave them about a month but they ended up ghosting me.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. First, let us assure you that pranking customers is not something we would ever do. We take pride in our work and strive to produce high-quality custom socks that bring joy to our customers. Our socks are crafted with care, priced affordably at $13.95, and shipped across the USA using trusted carriers like USPS and FedEx. If there was an issue with your order, we sincerely apologize. However, upon reviewing our records, it appears we requested a full-resolution photo of the socks for review, but we did not receive a reply from you. Without this, we were unable to proceed with your replacement request. If you would like to resolve this matter, please email us with the required photo and details, and we will be happy to assist you. We value your satisfaction and hope to turn this experience around. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could choose no stars I would. I ordered my socks 04 September. I've sent countless emails, attempted the chat with no response. No tracking information is given but they sure took my money. I can't dispute the charge with my bank. This site feels more like a scam. I'm quite beyond pisssed at this point.

Horrible company!!!! Never received my order or my money back. Tried to contact them several times. After a few months, they responded & said I would be contacted. Never heard from them again. Order #6698 placed 12/6/2023. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

The site has been unavailable for days. I can't reach anyone to cancel my order. I've gotten no responses to my email. I think this is a scam.

ordered socks and paid extra for 3-4 day shipping, its been over a week and they haven't even started the process to ship my socks. Lying company and a scam in general do not buy from them.

I ordered socks from this company on 2/4/2024. I received an email stating my order was being processed and I would be notified when shipped. Never received any additional correspondence. I reached out to the company repeatedly over the next month and nothing. This morning at 3am (3/24/2024) I received an email stating “Hi, As I can see your order was delivered already. Is there anything else I can help you with?” No sign-off, no other information.. nothing. I will be going through my bank to cancel and report as a scam. Do not order from this company.

Dear Kellie, Thank you for your feedback. I understand there's concern regarding the delivery of your custom socks ordered on Feb 4 and delivered by Feb 14. We aim for efficiency and transparency, and your order was delivered within the expected timeframe, as confirmed by the provided tracking link: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9400111206210924946771 We’re sorry for any confusion and want to assure you there was no scam. Our commitment is to offer the best value and speed in the USA, and we take your satisfaction seriously. Before posting a review, we kindly ask for a direct message to resolve misunderstandings. Your support means a lot to our small business, and we’re here to help with any further concerns.
If you scroll down you will see I posted another review earlier this year. The company responded to me on this site apologizing and asked me to email them directly to get me the products I ordered. I emailed them that day and they never responded. I have still never heard back from them. They promised me a refund and also never did that. I had to contact my bank to report a scam to get a refund. Whoever "Melissa" is a dogasocks clearly is not "determined to address it" as she says. I am very skeptical of the five star reviews that have been left this past month - seems like they are fake. Do not order from this company it is seriously just a scam.
