DocTranslatorReviews of doctranslator.com

Price is good but results terrible. Put money to casino and its better investment. Never ever. Good idea but performance 1 of 10

Korean to English translation failed. The result in document not translated, Still in Korean. I don't recommend this service.

I translated ONE document on this site and never subscribed. They charged my card incorrectly, for a subscription I never subscribed to. I got in touch and I've been trying to get refund for over a month. They made yet another undue charge, even after I had canceled. I requested cancellation AGAIN and they insist that they will not cancel it. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THIS SITE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IMPROPERLY AND WILL STILL BE CYNIC WHEN RESPONDING TO YOUR EMAIL, SAYING "GOOD LUCK" ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!!!

Originally they charged a "fair" price for the services. I was not happy with the output, but maybe I was expecting too much. Sometime later, I noticed a charge 4 times higher than the translation price. After insvestigating, it was a 25dollar charge for storage of a 2 page document for less than a month. Do not recommend them.

débité d'un montant de 29,66€ pour un abonnement storage que je n'avais pas demandé ni sélectionné (affiché à 14,99usd) +9,9€ d'abonnement mensuel et mon document n'a pas été traduit en conclusion site à éviter

doctranslator.com reported my review as containing harmful or illegal content AND THEN when TrustPilot found nothing of the sort, and my review valid, meeting all the terms and conditions of TrustPilot, doctranslator.com followed up with a response "We offer another service to translate legal documents. Why you didn't inquire about that?" ... My response to DocTranslator is there is no mention of a legal document processing venue on their site.. in fact if you search for the term "legal" there's only one thing found on the main page that references "Doc translators can handle all sorts of document translations: contracts, legal documents, and more!" Which to any user would indicate they're in the place they need to be to translate a legal document. Further.. it's frustrating to see doctranslator appear to seem legitimate yet continue to obfuscate FACTS. Why not provide the link to their legal translation venue in their public response to my complaint here on TrustPilot?? For reference, this is the follow-up response from TrustPilot for doctranslator reporting my review as harmful content... "We’re just following up about your review of doctranslator.com, which was flagged for containing harmful or illegal content. The decision (from TrustPilot) We’ve assessed your review for the reason it was flagged and determined that it follows our guidelines. Therefore, we’ve now put your review back online. To see your review, you can log into your Trustpilot account or click the following link: your review of doctranslator.com. If you have any questions, please let us know by replying to this email." Thank you TrustPilot for doing your due-diligence!

The service pretends to translate PDF files for free, then after obtaining your data, it reveals the cost for the translation. If I had seen the price of $123 for 46 pages of translation upfront, I would not have provided them with my personal information. To me, this is a minor trickery, dishonesty.

Total scam! You try it for document translation, you stop using it but they continue to charge you monthly via Paddle.net for "Monthly Storage" ... without any notification!!! Have your bank block the Paddle.net charges!
