Tracking at first was non existent. Eventually given a tracking number after waiting for 11 days for delivery. Then told it would arrive between 2pm and 4pm. Then told it had arrived at 3.45pm. It hadn't I have been in and waiting for delivery. Nothing came. Very difficult to contact to find out why I am being lied to and where my parcel is

The Ms Drivers Licence station in Pearl is always crouded with a long wait. They use to have a kiops machine which made renewals quick and easy; but no more. The online renewal freezes up and hasn't worked after 12 tries. The number I was given to seek online assistance never is answered. Ms DMV has done better in the past. I don't know what happened; But they Suck now.
