Overall experience was good.How ever the installer needed to come back for one panel repair.And at the time of the audit the audited noticed that all the wires for the panels were not tucked in and neat.There for the installers need to come back again. I like the app and the momentum solar help over the phone was to the point

This was sent out on June 10th. You will also be receiving your first your first email statement about 15 days prior to the ACH date, which means it will arrive in your inbox anytime in the next week. No one has contacted me yet to change my automatic draft to start paying down the principal

Thanks so much for providing this feedback. We are very sorry that this was your experience, and will have our customer success team reach out shortly to set up the automatic payments.
We paid a large down payment on our solar panels. It is not reflected on the amortization data. The tax credit is based on the total cost of the system not just the financed amount. Also it cost 10% more for the system if you finance.
