we are happy with the experience..they are a bit expensive though

These guys are an absolute scam but if you want a hack for a free dishwasher get them to come install one and not buy chemicals from them they "lose your contact" after 3 years. Then when you need service they'll show up after running you around for 3 weeks complain that you didn't let them extort you for chemicals and tell you you own the dishwasher. The tech that came was a very nice guy The rep that came with him was an absolute arse hole I definitely know which one works on commission. All for something that could have been a phone call.

Aantal keer geprobeerd te bellen. Uiteindelijk belde receptie mij terug en verbond mij door naar technische dienst. 18.2 minuten in de wacht en dan lijn verbroken. Doe aub iets deze manier van communiceren. Jammer dat ik geen halve of geen ster kan geven

I'm a dishwasher at a hospital in Grand Rapids Mi. A hospital i repeat. My hospital spends thousands of dollars on chemicals. But we can't get them or Solenis to come out and fix thier equipment so our cleanliness expectations are met.

Wij gebruiken een doseersysteem van Diversey op onze vaatwasser. Deze vaatwasser wast vanaf eind februari niet meer schoon. We hebben geconstateerd dat er geen middel meer wordt toegevoerd vanuit het systeem Diversey. Diversey benaderd om oplossing te realiseren. Helaas na meer dan 15 x contact de afgelopen maand nog steeds niemand mogen ontvangen om het op te lossen. De mogelijkheid om binnen Diversey iemand te spreken die iets kan betekenen zijn nihil. Ik ben ongelofelijk teleurgesteld in dit amateuristische gedrag van dit bedrijf. Mocht iemand overwegen iets met hun te ondernemen, PAS OP. bij problemen laten ze je aan de hoogste boom hangen. Ongelofelijk nare ervaring. En ik zie op diversen andere reviewpagina`s dat ik niet de enige ben. Bezint eer gij begint met Dit bedrijf
