I had a great experience shopping with Distelle. The selection of emerging designers is really unique, and it’s refreshing to find pieces that you don’t see everywhere else. The website is easy to navigate, my order arrived well packaged, and the quality was exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend Distelle.

Dear Mr. Hanif, Thank you for reaching out. We’re truly sorry to hear about your concern and completely understand how frustrating delays can be. After checking our records, however, we haven’t received any prior messages from you on our support channels. Please note that the item you ordered is made to order — as stated in the product description, each piece requires approximately two to four weeks to be carefully produced. Your piece is now in its final stages of creation, and it’s scheduled to ship out this week. We also reviewed your tracking information and can confirm that it has recently been updated. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Every item we create is crafted individually and with care, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete your order. Best regards,
