The product came in a timely fashion. I did find the website confusing though as the images displayed where not correctly associated with the descriptions. I am in the process of trying to return an extra set of products I purchase since I wasn't sure if they can in a pair or not and have not yet heard back. Overall the company was good, but the website could be easier to navigate and have better descriptions.

Bought a CircuPool CORE-15 Salt Chlorine Generator product is just what I wanted. Communicating with Co. and asking Questions was very helpful. Would definitely order from them again! Only problem I had was I also ordered a Hayward/Pentair cell adapter kit that was to fit the pipe because I needed an extension for the old cell I had on. Sad to say adapter was wrong size need better description on product.

Received the product I purchased in a prompt and timely fashion. Also, they had the best price available. The reason for the four star rating is because the box that the salt generator came in was partially crushed and heavily taped as it had appeared to have been open.(security tape was compromised) The item however, was not damaged and is working fine.

Arrived on time. Works so far. Too early to tell if this salt cell replacment will stand the test of time. One thing to note for salt pool owners. I discovered that the installer of my Eco Matic system did not use a timer for the Eco Matic so when my pump turned off via timer for the night the Eco Matic system kept running. Eco Matic clearly stated in the install manual the water flow must be going when the salt cell is on. So I was probably using up salt cells way to fast. I am buying a timer for my Eco Matic.

There was a problem with shipping. Item was a week late on shipping but was taken care of by Kat. So far satisfied with installing product.

The products are awesome and everything is working great! I took one star away due to the wonky tracking on delivery that I recieved as the products randomly showed up and the tracking would be supplied sometime later or I would be given random tracking that didn't exist. Then again I guess that could be blamed on covid

Box it was delivered in was smashed, even though it said on box that contents was fragile and DO NOT DROP. However, It appears that contents are ok.
