Truly excellent customer service
These folks weren't just the cheapest place I could find for the very specific structural screws I needed, they also have absolutely outstanding customer service. Our first (and probably last!) self-build project hasn't always been much fun, and I've come to really appreciate what a difference it can make to your stress levels when you buy from a place with a genuine culture of good customer care. Having now discovered these folks, they will definitely be the first place I look to buy supplies in future.
