i got a tracking number from you that FedEx would deliver my PC today but that did not happen. the tracking information says it has shipped but it looks like it has not. you have taken my money. Where is my PC???

Great prices. Rep was helpful. Hopefully the computer will work as advertised. Since purchase there were some problems. First, no one answers the phone. Held for more than an hour on 2 occasions with no answer when trying to figure where the product was. Finally resolved on line.. Product was ordered on Dec 3. Fedex says it will be here by the 19th of Dec. A far cry from 2-3 days.

I have purchased 4 computers. One desk top ceased to work within 6 months. I called but was told that there was nothing you could do. Wow. The price is right but not even minimal support was given for my problem. The laptop that I purchased when received was sent with a bad charger. I had to purchase a new charger because the one sent would not charge the battery. the charger sent was a third party charger and Dell will not accept third party.
